🌊 Boundless Waves is a collective offering by five 5Rhythms@ certified teachers in Berkeley, CA. We have a rainbow of experiences, depth, and mastery im guiding the exploration of this dynamic movement meditation practice. Each teacher brings their unique style and wisdom to the dance floor, shared by their passion and trust in the transformative power of 5Rhythms. 🔔 My next class is Feb 14, 2025 (Valentine's Day). Bring the LOVER in YOU and the lover in your life! Register HERE to avoid waiting at the door! Everybody's welcome! In fact there is no need for experience of any movement practice or dancing skills, and there is no physical limitation or exclusion. If you have a body, you can dance! Please come ready to sweat, bring your curiosity, a water bottle and your friends.

Please respect the community’s intention and integrity by arriving earlier or on time. Please Note: Not all 5Rhythms® teachers are 5RTA Accredited.
